“This is the best exercise I’ve ever done in my life. Following two kids and various sports injuries, I have been joining these classes regularly over the past three years. The strength and endurance combined with flexibility and balance have transformed my performance in other sports as well as the way my body feels and looks. Due to the breadth and variety of exercises during each session, I continue to get a good work out after years of training. If one has the mental strength to persevere during the first couple of months (when I discovered muscles I never knew I had!) I have no doubt everyone would feel rewarded by the results in the long-term.
